At FinTech Network’s Customer Experience Conference (#CXC2017), Paul Laughlin chaired a panel on Customer Insight & Data Science, with 3 experienced leaders.

Joining Paul, for this year’s panel debate, were:

All shared useful practical experience. Both in generating value from data & in implementing insights, through improved products or services.
Together, Paul’s panel discussed how Customer Insight can guide effective digital customer experience design, as well as the implications of GDPR.

Thanks to those participants, for a lively and well received panel debate. Thanks also to the many other interesting speakers, at #CXC2017, who candidly their lessons learnt from experience. This event is proving to be a very useful annual meeting of FinTech pioneers & major FS firms (especially those designing digital CX).
