Laughlin Consultancy was delighted to chair the Data Insight Leaders Summit in Barcelona on 12-13 October 2016.

Paul Laughlin, our founder, chaired Day Two of this conference, plus the Sales & Marketing track on Day One.

As well as introducing speakers & guiding delegates through the content, Paul interviewed Roberto Maranca (CDO of GE Capital) and Charlie Ballard (Global Director Customer Insights of TripAdvisor). He will also hosted Oxford-style panel debates, with propositions on the benefits of in-house verses outsourced analytics teams and centralised verses decentralised insight teams.

With insight leaders speaking from organisations as diverse as Coca Cola, Peachy, LinkedIn, Bupa, Skype, Deutsche Telecom & British Gas (Hive) – it was a fascinating event with plenty of opportunity to learn from other sectors. We are also pleased to report that Paul received rave reviews for his chairmanship.
