Paul Laughlin from Laughlin Consultancy was a keynote speaker at “Customer Analytics & Insights for Retail Financial Services 2015” (#CAI2015), organised by FC Business Intelligence, at the Radisson Blu Portman in London. His presentation provided a challenge to CMOs to move beyond budget envy or obsession with social engagement, to a credible focus on marketing profitability.
